Our 3rd Grade students met Kayleb Wagner, a limb different student athlete for the SIU Saluki football team. Kayleb talked to us about being born with one hand and how to treat others who are different than you. He is a tremendous young man and wonderful example of hard work and perseverance. See more about his story by clicking the following link. Thank you Kayleb for spending time with us today. Go Dawgs! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Yzzn4Z7SaU

Our 3rd grade classes "scrubbed in" this morning as they took part in their culminating activity. Over the last several weeks they have been studying the human body in their Language Arts block. Today, each class worked in stations and completed various activities about the human body and its systems. Thank you to Dr. and Mrs. Dabrowski for their generous donation to make this happen.
